Therapy is a journey toward developing a deeper understanding of one's self and experiences in the world. My initial goal is to provide a comfortable enviroment in which an indivudual, couple, or family can feel safe to explore concerns and issues. The therapist-client relationship is a unique working relationship. I have worked with people from all backgrounds in life. Whether short or longer term I believe counseling yields many benefits. I have experience in treating a wide range of problems including mood disorders, traumatic experiences, relationship issues, divorce adjustment, grief, life transitions.
