Personal Statement
I welcome you. I know that choosing to see a therapist is one of the most difficult decisions a person can make and I applaud that decision.
In my private practice, I provide a warm, safe and confidential environment. This enables my clients to express themselves freely, without judgement. I help people deal with stress, life events and problems that can seem insurmountable. Together, we overcome self-doubt and negative thoughts to strengthen decision-making and life strategies.
Creative solutions to complicated lives are available if we are willing to explore and try new ways of thinking.
