Personal Statement

I welcome you. I know that choosing to see a therapist is one of the most difficult decisions a person can make and I applaud that decision.

Whether you are a teen or young adult looking for services or are the parent of a teen who is exhibiting challenges, I encourage you to find a good fit with a therapist. You need to feel comfortable and understood.

In my private practice, I provide a safe and confidential environment to do just that. My clients to are free to express themselves without judgement. I help teens deal with teen issues, parents to deal with their teens, and college students and young people forging their way.

I also see adults who are dealing with stress, life events and problems that can seem insurmountable. Together, we overcome the presenting challeges. We change self-doubt and negative thoughts to strengthen good decision-making and develop creative life strategies.
