I have been providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families for fifteen years. I use various modalities, including but not limited to, psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, cognitive, behavioral, and brief/solution focused therapy, based on the needs of each client. I am committed to providing quality service and creating a safe and supportive environment in which insight, healing, and growth can take place.
