Personal Statement

Finding a therapist with the expertise, experience and personal qualities to truly help you is a daunting process. Throughout my 25 years of private practice I have been committed to the following:

• treating all clients with compassion and respect
• keeping up to date on the major advances in the field of psychotherapy
• practicing at the highest level of ethical standards

While no therapist is ideal for every client, I have consistently received positive feedback from the people I have been privileged to work with.

I became a psychologist to help others overcome painful personal difficulties. Seeing this occur is a source of great fulfillment for me.

Often the path of growth and healing is best walked with a guide who has walked it himself.

When not at work, I get great joy from my family and nature.
