Many of his clients are in transition - in their career, relationships, or life in general. Paul works in an Adlerian and cognitive-behavioral format, and often uses an Adlerian life style assessment to help clients understand their own core beliefs and assumptions about themselves, life, and other people - and to identify their strengths as well as self-defeating assumptions they may want to change. I work primarily with adults and adolescents, although I have worked with all ages. Many of my clients are in transition - in their career, relationships, or life in general. I believe that discomfort and distress can sometimes be valuable signals that changes are needed, and find that people appreciate the chance to take stock of what they have, what they want from life, and what they need to do differently.

I work in an Adlerian and cognitive-behavioral format, and often use an Adlerian life style assessment to help clients understand their own core beliefs and assumptions about themselves, life, and other people - and to identify their strengths as well as self-defeating assumptions they may want to change.

I see many problems that clients bring to a therapist as areas where they can benefit from skills and tools - for example, communication, self-management, and mind-body awareness. If people have the tools they need, they can make the best use of their time with a therapist and achieve greatest results.”

AdolescentsAdultsCouplesFamiliesSeniors Male</flattened-content>
