I have been working in the counseling field for over 9 years in roles from a rehabilitation technician to a therapist and group therapist. The first part of my career was spent working with adult patients struggling with substance abuse. I then worked for 4 years at an eating disorder treatment facility. Throughout my career I have found working with all ages of patients with a variety of concerns extremely rewarding. Although working with addictions can be challenging, I find that my style of therapy helps my patients to find the recovery that they may never have thought possible. My style of therapy is a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered therapy.
