Personal Statement

I have been working with children in one way or another for the last fifteen years. Whether as a youth soccer coach or as a psychologist, I am always attuned to the ongoing personal and cognitive growth of the students and athletes I see. Having grown up in South Florida, I am fully aware of the unique and growing issues of multi-cultural and linguistic diversity with respect to educational achievement of our children. I feel that my work in the public schools gives me further insight into the workings of the school system that I can use to help your child. Also through my workings in the community I have made a number of professional contacts and I am not averse to referring my clients to others, whom I feel are better equipped to handle their difficulties.
