Sara is a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience working with adults, adolescents, children, families, and couples. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to define clear goals in a warm and affirming setting. Sessions are goal oriented helping the client gain insight into what may be the causes of the current struggle and finding effective skills for change.

Personal Statement

I never believe in giving up. Each one of us has a purpose here on earth. I believe that my purpose or passion is to help others find theirs. Sometimes we all feel stuck and I work hard to instill hope. Depression or anxiety don't have to hold you back from pursuing your dreams. Family conflict doesn't mean giving up on each other. A troubled teen doesn't have to mean a troubled adult. My passion is to teach others the coping skills they need to reach out on their depression, push their anxiety aside and find harmony again in their home. A non-judgemental approach is used. I respect each one of my clients and look forward to help and guide them through their current treatment.
