Amnesia
Amnesia is partial or complete loss of memory that can be caused by head injury. Severe
psychological trauma can lead to amnesia as a kind of
dissociative disorder in which the individual experiences extensive but selective memory loss. Amnesia can also result from certain brain tumors.
