Personal Statement
I work to facilitate healing and growth in the individual adults, children, adolescents and families with whom I practice. My goal is to obtain a thorough understanding of one’s unique difficulties, needs and concerns in order to implement the most effective treatment. Treatment may include therapy and/or medication. I generally avoid using jargon and labels and instead collaborate with patients to help them solve problems, alleviate distress, and place their concerns in the context of their history and personal development. I believe in our innate desire for growth and see that people are most likely to find their path to healing when they are understood and supported and when obstacles are removed or bypassed. I provide professional compassionate, and confidential services.
