Personal Statement

We all face times in our lives when our struggles, situations and emotions feel bigger than what we can handle on our own. It is my goal to help each individual understand more fully who they are and what is impeding their growth process. I utilize a psychodynamic perspective in therapy, seeking to both alleviate symptoms and understand what is below the surface of the symptoms in order to promote deep healing.

It is a privilege for me to journey along with each person in this process. I strive to provide a supportive and safe environment. I have a special interest in Christianity and psychology and integrate these in the therapy process upon the request of the client.
