Lynn has a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Michigan University in Secondary Education, a Masters of Arts degree in Counseling from Oakland University and a Masters of Science degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University. Lynn has been practicing since 1995.

Throughout the years Lynn has taken numerous courses and workshops to expand her knowledge and abilities in different therapeutic areas, especially in the area of ADHD and health psychology.

Personal Statement

I provide a warm, safe setting for my clients to express their concerns. Each client is unique, with a unique background and unique issues, and so I am an eclectic therapist, which means I use a blend of many approaches in working with my clients. I work with clients in understanding themselves, changing behaviors, moving through their problems, and meeting the goals they have established.

I work with adults and adolescents to assist them with a variety of mental health issues such as: depression, anxiety, stress, panic, grief, health issues, couples counseling and parenting issues. I also provide Life Coaching for clients who need assistance in creating a more fulfilled life and future. I currently have a private practice, called Mind / Body Counseling in Waterford, Michigan, which is in northern Oakland County.

As a therapist I consider it a privilege to help individuals grow, evolve, and change their lives so hopefully they can experience more happiness and joy in their lives. Just know ... there is always hope for things to be better.
