Anxiety and Physical Ailments Associated

A study published in the Archives of Internal Medicine finds that people who suffer from ailments such as asthma, migraines, thyroid disease and arthritis are more likely to suffer from an anxiety disorder.
Interestingly, the majority of people with both problems developed the anxiety disorder before the physical ailment. These people also reported poorer quality of life and higher rates of disability than people with either a physical health problem or an anxiety disorder.
