National Survey: Hispanics Manage Stress Best

A national survey released today shows that Hispanic-Americans are most likely to spend time with friends and family or to exercise to relieve stress while engaging in fewer unhealthy coping behaviors such as smoking. The study also found that Hispanic men and particularly women endured high levels of stress related to family health with concerns about children, spouse and parents weighing heavily on their minds.
