A study by Italian researchers shows that Well-Being Therapy (WBT), an approach focusing on helping patients' sense of well-being by increasing awareness of positive moments and changing thoughts that disrupt well-being, may have success in schools.

Both teachers and students also showed high satisfaction with the methods. Findings from the trial will appear in this month's issue of Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics.
