Study Shows: Nice Guys Do Finish Last

Getting passed up for promotions in favor the jerk in the cubicle next to you? Being too nice may may be to blame. A recent study on "agreeableness" showed that rude people earn a whole lot more than their nice peers. This was especially true for men who earned about 18 percent more than their peers if they were disagreeable. The difference was 5 percent for women. SHARE:
