Personal Statement

I have been a therapist and consultant for 30 years and am committed to working with clients through a process of inquiry and self-discovery to create joyous and fulfilling lives. Introduced to yoga, meditation and alternative ways of looking at health and well-being 40 years ago, I have had the opportunity to integrate many different perspectives into my psychotherapy practice.

I believe that the person who knows you best is you and that together the answers to your issues and concerns can be unfolded and understood by following nature. Disturbances that you might be experiencing, whether they are in relationships, with physical illness or emotional states are meaningful, and are of value especially when explored with an open mind and heart. In my practice I help people to find joy and laughter and a sense of the fullness and wholeness of their entire being.
