I am a great listener. I hope to help you find a safe place to talk about things that are happening in life, past or present. I utilize a direct approach that focuses on solutions toward the future that are simple and work. The therapeutic relationship is extremely important and I feel that I am able to create this connection with my clients. Many state that I am able to put things into a different perspective and help them see things in a more positive way. I am here to listen, observe, and help create solutions. It may not happen in one session, but I will attempt and work hard to help you feel better. Everyday life is unpredictable, so let me be there to help you steer toward more understanding and awareness.
