Personal Statement
Our lives are full of struggles, challenges, and at time, injustice. Many times we lack the coping skills and/or emotional strength to manage our lives effectively without courageously seeking professional help from others. My philosophy is to recognize the specific needs of individuals and assist them in achieving their ideal goals during the
journey of personal growth, discovery, and insight.
Change is possible and sometimes we needs others to guide us in our quest for personal happiness. I will assist you in making better choices and building a foundation to improve decision making skills in order to lead a more productive life in multiple life areas, ie, family, work, health. I use a holistic approach that integrates the spiritual, physical, emotional, and psychological components that constitute our humanity. I will work within your belief system to assist you in understanding how your choices, thought patterns, and behaviors may have contributed to low self esteem and /or inability to properly handle life's stressful challenges.
Together, we will assess your needs to help you to better understand how to have a more meaningful and intimate relationship with yourself and others. I am committed to being a part of your journey of self discovery and self worth, as you engage in new ways of thinking and acting that are no longer self defeating. I look forward to the opportunity of
working with you to facilitate positive growth and change, while you achieve a greater understanding of your inner strength.
