Personal Statement
I believe in the process of therapy and the healing component of the therapeutic relationship. Throughout the therapeutic process I use a collaborative, supportive style to guide clients in their journey towards health and balance. Often by narrating their stories in a collaborative therapeutic relationship, clients can identify problems, grieve losses, improve relationships, overcome obstacles, reach goals, access resources and support, and move through life's transitions more effectively.
