Sheri has spent the majority of her life helping people to come to terms with what their issues are and helping them move forward into happy and satisfying lives. Sheri has extensive training in depression and anxiety. She also has done quite a bit of work in the area of couples counseling. I love being a therapist. I am so lucky to have this job. Although I take my work seriously I do have a sense of humor and try to bring that into my work with people. I believe that each person has a right to have a phenomenal life. I see myself as a coach helping to guide my clients to a fulfilling and satisfying life. I believe that therapy is a very important decision to make and I am honored to become your therapist.
