I am here to assist you with identifying your strengths and to help you use those strengths to work through the difficulties you might be facing. Using brief, solution-focused techniques, I can help you identify how you would like your life to look and take steps toward achieving your goals. I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups.

I have several years of experience working with children and adolescents who may be having difficulties at home or at school with behavioral or emotional issues. I also run social skills groups for children.

If you are experiencing difficulties due to career related issues, I am trained in assessing career interests and values using the MBTI and the Newly Revised Strong Interest Inventory.
