Personal Statement
My philosophy regarding mental health revolves around the idea of integrating the body, mind and spirit to create a whole, serene experience. My work involves self awareness through cognitive behavioral techniques coupled with movement, art, music, and other expressive art therapies when necessary. I believe everyone has their own way of experiencing the world and I make it my job to explore that experience and help to make that world a better one for my client. I have worked in the field for over 10 years and continually grow and love the work that I do.
