Dr. Racioppo received her B.A. from Case Western Reserve University, her MS.Ed from Youngstown State University and her Ph.D. from Finch University of Health Sciences/The Chicago Medical School, specializing in Behavioral Medicine. She completed her internship at Ravenswood Hospital and Mental Health Center and maintains her private practice in Libertyville, Il. She is a member in good standing of the American Psychological Association.

Personal Statement

I have great respect for individuals who have the courage to seek treatment. Finding the right therapist can be a scary and daunting task. When you call, I will make every effort to respond promptly, listen with care and respect and offer answers to any questions you may have. If, after some time on the phone, it seems that I might be an appropriate choice as a therapist, I will work with you to find a mutually convenient time to meet. At our first meeting we will explore further the concerns that led you to seek treatment and begin to develop a plan for how to address your concerns. It is my goal that every client develop the skills, knowledge and beliefs to lead a fulfilling life.
