Alison Thayer is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Certified Employee Assistance Professional with over thirteen years of experience working with adults, adolescents, children and families. She has worked in a variety of settings, including community mental health agencies and an Employee Assistance Program. Alison was previously an Adjunct Professor of Psychology at DeVry University and she has corporate training experience. She received her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Illinois School of Professional Psychology, now known as Argosy University.

Through utilizing an integrative approach emphasizing cognitive behavioral and solution-focused methods, my treatment is non-judgmental, client centered and goal-oriented.
