Personal Statement
The two passions that drive my work are restoring couple relationships, and helping adult individuals overcome limitations and achieve their potentials. I believe each of our lives is full of promise, that we all have the capacity for rewarding relationships with ourselves, partners, and families. I provide a safe and affirming space, where we explore together new ways of seeing and approaching life challenges. I help couples by coaching and deepening the dialogue between them. The gridlock couples feel is often a result of unmet and unspoken needs, wants, fears, and hurts.
I help couples learn to recognize and communicate these emotions and needs in a way that draws their partners to them. Partners can become as intimate as they once were, but with the life experience and wisdom their years together have added.
With individuals, I help you see the big picture. Not just what is troubling you, but also your dreams and goals, your life purpose. How have you been derailed? How to get back on track. I'm trained in Family Systems, Emotion Focused, Solution Based, Gestalt, EMDR, and Jungian approaches.
I accept cash, check, and charge, but no insurances. My services are eligible for Flex plan reimbursements.
