When life's challenges are overwhelming, maintaining a happy and productive life can be difficult. Asking for help through these times is not easy, but it's truly a sign of strength. As a trained clinician I'll help you work through emotional problems and learn healthy ways to cope with stress. By exploring life experiences, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, you can identify and change patterns that limit you from reaching your full potential. I will offer compassion and support, and be dedicated in providing professional, confidential, and effective services.

I specialize in individuals looking to improve their relationships, build self-esteem and confidence, resolve personal conflict, and fulfill their needs. I also help individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, social phobia, life transitions, and grief and loss.

I strongly enjoy helping adolescents and young adults (ages 18-35) address the conflicts that arise during this stage of life and to cope with issues regarding their careers, relationships, commitment, starting a family, parenting, education, and finances.
