Personal Statement
I believe that you and I, and all living things, are born with the propensity to grow. I also believe that the inclination toward growth can be impeded by many issues, such as past wounds or trauma, low self-esteem, worry, sadness, grief and loss or just feeling stuck. My gifts as a therapist include creating a safe space where adults can be equipped and encouraged to address the issues that hamper growth, so that they can live with authenticity and heartiness.
